Public transport

If you are coming from the direction of S-train station Lankwitz or S-train station Steglitz, you have to take the bus X83 towards „Lichtenrade/Nahariyastr.“ or „Marienfelde, Nahmitzer Damm“ (the busses alternate between these two destinations).

Note 1: There is a train replacement service around S Lankwitz and the S-trains won’t stop there. Instead of using S Lankwitz, you have to exit the train at S Attilastr. and use the replacement bus until ‚Lankwitz Kirche‘ and use bus X83 from there.

Note 2: Since the FU Campus is scattered throughout Berlin, a bus driver might give you misleading information if you ask them which direction to go to FU. The venue is not at the FU main Campus!

From BER Airport

Take train S9 towards “Spandau Bhf” and get off at station “Waßmannsdorf”. From there, take the bus 743 “S Lichtenrade”, get off at “Lichtenrader Damm/Barnetstrasse” and switch to bus X83 “Königin-Luise-Str./Clayallee”. Get off at “Emmichstrasse” and walk down the street “Malteserstrasse” to building G on the campus for about 3 minutes.
Total duration: approx. 45 min.

From Berlin Central Station

Take train S7 towards “Potsdam Hauptbahnhof” and get off at station “Zoologischer Garten”. There, switch to underground train U9 towards “Rathaus Steglitz” and get off at station “Rathaus Steglitz”. From there, get on bus X83 “Lichtenrade/Nahariyastr.” or „Marienfelde, Nahmitzer Damm“ and ride until “Emmichstrasse”. Walk down the street “Malteserstrasse” to building G on the campus for about 3 minutes.
Total duration: approx. 40 min.

By car

Parking is available on the surrounding streets and in the parking garage of the university (building P on Preysingstrasse).
